The GTA market is starting to feel a little tighter. There were noticeably fewer homes listed for sale in July, while buyer activity stayed fairly steady. That means buyers may start seeing more competition and sellers could have a bit more leverage than they did earlier this year.
Prices are still lower than they were last summer, but the market may be starting to level out. If confidence continues to improve and borrowing costs become clearer, we could see more buyers make their move heading into the fall. (Source: TRREB)
