Looking for a private spot to unplug, spend time outdoors and make your own? This approximately 5 acre wooded property is tucked away on a seasonal private road off Green Road in the Elgin area. The 432 square foot camp features two bedrooms and a wood stove, giving you a solid starting point for a hunting camp, weekend getaway or recreational retreat. The camp does need work and is being sold as is, but for someone willing to roll up their sleeves, there is plenty of potential here. The property also includes a storage shed and offers lots of privacy surrounded by nature. There is currently no water, septic or electrical service. If peace, quiet and your own little piece of the woods sounds good, this one is worth a look. (id:41202)
