A very rare find, probably one of a few lots left on the pond in this sought after area of Ocean Pond. This lot is approximately one acre in size and it's very private and the land is level & dry when you get to the end of the driveway near the pond side. There is a boat house still remaining and a wharf for docking your boat on from an older cabin that was on the property, This lot is must see to consider building your dream cottage or home.
